Auto Accident Lawyer

Many people who have been injured in accidents believe that they can handle resolving their claim without hiring a qualified lawyer and they attempt to work out a settlement directly with insurance companies. We don’t recommend this. The Insurance companies are in the business of making money by collecting premiums and paying out as little as possible for claims. When a victim is not represented by a qualified an auto accident lawyer, insurance company will almost always try to settle the claim to their advantage.

Before that injured person hires a  lawyer, insurance company will conclude that the injured person is not prepared to take the case to court. As dealing with accident victims, the insurance companies usually pretend at the outset that they want to fairly compensate the victim but then take advantage  by taking a recorded statement from the victim, ask the victim to be examined by their doctors and otherwise build their case against them and end up offering an unfairly low settlement amount. We can prevent this happen by contacting an accident lawyer.

What we must remember, if we do talk to the insurance company, never allow ourselves to be recorded and do not sign any papers. It will be best to leave all communications and dealings to an experienced lawyer.

What can we Expect from a qualified accident lawyer when we call For Consultation and Case Evaluation?

Usually,  making contact with the lawyer, we will receive our free lawyer conference and evaluation. And the good thing is, we have no obligation to hire them. They will provide an in-depth one-on-one conversation with the lawyer personally to  discuss about the facts and circumstances surrounding the accident. We will discuss about our injuries, our legal rights, the death of our loved one, how our case would be handled if we become a client, the litigation process, medical and insurance related issues and a variety of other related matters.  They will answer all of our questions and if they do not accept our case, they will provide contact information for consideration of our matter by other lawyers.

We may ask our case to be handled on a contingency fee basis, which means,  we pay nothing unless and until we collect money for us by verdict or settlement.
