Trust our feeling, if we cannot have a good relationship with an auto accident lawyer, find a new one.  When we meet with lawyer, it is necessary to feel secure with them.  And once we are comfortable, here are some questions they should answer correctly.

How long has that lawyer been practicing?Does that lawyer have long experiences in handling auto accident cases?How will that lawyer think when handling our case?What kind of our participation will be required?How will that  lawyer keep us informed on the case progress and can we contact them easily?Will that  lawyer provide us with a fee arrangement that details all expenses,  fees, payments and billing?

If that lawyer can answer correctly, we still have these questions to ask ourselves.

Are we really comfortable working closely with that lawyer?Do we believe that the lawyer has the experience and skills necessary to handle our case?Did that lawyer explain issues surrounding our case in a way that we understood or did that  lawyer speak strictly in legal terms we did not understand?Do we understand the proposed fee arrangement for handling our case?

Once we answer these last questions perfectly, it is time to go forward and be hopeful because winning is our only option.
